Southcross-TexStar deal focuses on Eagle Ford midstream

Southcross Energy LLC is buying a large part of TexStar Midstream Services – a midstream combination that will include 3,700 miles of pipeline, four processing plants and three fractionation facilities in the Eagle Ford Shale region.
